CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Project Management is a service whereby we provide only a Senior Project Manager for the project. Typically, in most projects we are the General Contractor utilizing the Project Manager to provide estimates to the client, hire sub-trades, manage labor and materials, and in general, deliver the entire General Contracting Service. With this type of service though, the client provides materials, labor, sub-trades, etc and we provide the expertise to keep the project moving in the right direction, on time, and within budgets. The client is charged for the project manager either as straight time or as a percentage of the total project.
